Teodora Driscu is an assistant lecturer of English literature at the Faculty of Letters, “Alexandru Ioan Cuza” University of Iasi. She defended her PhD thesis entitled Archetypes of Death and Immortality in C. S. Lewis’s Fiction in June 2025 (Summa cum laude), participated in various international academic conferences and published multiple papers on the works of C. S. Lewis, George MacDonald, Edgar Allan Poe, Ernest Hemingway etc. She teaches seminars on American Romanticism and various practical courses of English grammar and English texts (Old and Medieval Literature, The Inklings and Their Influences). She completed her education at “Alexandru Ioan Cuza” University of Iasi (BA in English and French Language and Literature, MA in American Studies). She had   ERASMUS+ scholarships at the University of Leicester, UK (2022-2023), University of Strasbourg, France (2020) and Paris-Sorbonne University, France (2016-2017) and a CEEPUS scholarship at GUSEGG Graz International Summer School in Austria (2021).
