Cat ai fost in vacanta, Departamentul Servicii pentru Studenti si Absolventi al UAIC (DSSA) a inceput un proiect prin care vrea sa te sprijine in procesul tau de angajare, de dupa studentie. Si... iata ce am pregatit pentru tine:

1. un chestionar prin care sa ne spui ce asteptari ai de la viitorul tau angajator in ceea ce priveste beneficiile extrasalariale, oportunitatile de dezvoltare profesionala si optiunile de cariera dar si ce strategii folosesti pentru a cauta un loc de munca. Chestionarul il gasesti aici:

2. un program online de consiliere in cariera prin care te vei cunoaste mai bine. Programul poate fi accesat gratuit de acasa, de la biblioteca, de la facultate la acest link: http://www.career-modules.eu/course/index.php?categoryid=21.

Fiecare din cele 8 module a fost proiectat tinand cont de nevoile si intrebarile studentilor care, ca si tine, sunt in ultimul an de studiu. Parcurge cel putin un modul si vino si la urmatoarea activitate din cadrul acestui proiect!

3. un eveniment de cariera in facultate, la care vor participa angajatori importanti din domeniul tau de studiu si unde vei putea, alaturi de alti colegi, sa afli raspunsuri la intrebarile care te preocupa in legatura cu viitorul tau de profesionist si cariera pe care vrei sa ti-o construiesti.

InterCulturalia #8: Recap & photos

WhatsApp Image 2026 04 08 at 08.48.33InterCulturalia #8, an intersection of 5 languages and several fields, organised by the Department of Foreign Languages and Literatures in partnership with the Faculty of Geography and Geology, the Faculty of Law, Moldova State University, and the University of Medicine and Pharmacy ”Grigore T. Popa” of Iaşi, took place on the 3rd and 4th of April this year.

With a total of thirty-four panels and nine other activities, this year’s InterCulturalia brought together almost two hundred participants eager to share their contributions about embodiment and disembodiment in arts, cultures, and science. Over sixty volunteers and thirty organisers worked together to ensure the smooth running of the event across two days and several locations.

The Results of our 2025 Jane Austen Competition

Austen 5On 18 th December 2025, two days after the official 250 th anniversary of Jane Austen, we gathered in the English Department to award the winners of The Jane Austen Competition. The jury, consisting of three professors of English at the Faculty of Letters (Teodora Drișcu, assistant lecturer, Florina Năstase, lecturer and Estera Federciuc, adjunct lecturer), has selected the letters written by the following students:

  • 🥇First Place Award: Ana-Ivona Lungu (1 st year, Ro-En)
  • 🥈Second Place Award: Serena Niță (3 rd year, En-Sp)
  • 🥉Third Place Award: Bianca-Alice Tănase (2 nd year, Ro-En)

Warmest congratulations to our talented winners! We invite you to delight in their inspiring letters posted below. Many thanks to our collaborator, Corint Publishers, for all the help in organising this activity and for the beautiful works of English Literature bestowed as awards! We would also like to thank all our participants who have expressed their affectionate thoughts and gratitude for our beloved writer and are truly glad to have come together in celebration of this significant event.
